Unless specified otherwise, refurbished devices do not ship include any pre-installed consumable supplies (toner cartridges, drums or imaging units), paper, power cables, connectivity cables (USB or Ethernet), original documentation or installation media.

Refurbished printers and multi-functions are pre-owned, used devices that have been restored to be fully functional and in good working condition. Unlike a used printer (usually sold as-is), refurbished devices are thoroughly cleaned, worn or damaged components are repaired or replaced and each of the device's functions are tested to ensure reliability.

Although refurbished devices are guaranteed to be in good working condition, it's important to be aware that:

• Cosmetic imperfections such as minor scratches, scuffs, or discoloration may be present.
• Unless listed, pre-installed toner cartridges, drums and/or imaging units are not included. When included, these supplies may be partially used and/or replaced with compatible, non-OEM products.
• Original manufacturer packaging, documentation, installation media, power cables or USB cables may not be included. Refurbished devices may be repackaged for storage and secure shipping.
• Accessories and components may vary from the original manufacturer's and may have been replaced with refurbished or generic equivalents.

Unless specified otherwise at the time of purchase, refurbished printers and multi-function devices are sold with a 90-day limited warranty, covering hardware defects.

Defective consumable supplies and physical damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.

• Under normal circumstances, orders are processed and shipped by standard ground courier within 24 hours.
• Oversized and heavy devices may require additional packaging and special shipping arrangements which can take up to 72 hours to be processed.
